Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or major promotional events.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping is currently $8, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.

Standard transit is generally estimated at 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Multiple Packages

The Trendy Toad works with multiple fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple products, your items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a tracking number is issued.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

The Trendy Toad is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact us through our Contact page so we can help investigate the shipment.
